Respect all members, staff, and equipment at all times.
Offensive language, inappropriate behavior, or harassment will not be tolerated.
Gym attire must be clean, appropriate, and non-offensive.
Use a towel on all equipment and benches.
Wipe down machines and benches after use.
Proper sports shoes are mandatory — no slippers or sandals.
If you feel unwell or dizzy, stop exercising and inform a trainer immediately.
Re-rack weights and dumbbells after use.
Do not drop weights unnecessarily — it damages the floor and equipment.
Use machines and weights with care; ask staff for help if unsure.
Limit your use of equipment to 10–15 minutes during peak hours.
Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Avoid bringing valuables such as cash, jewelry, or electronics.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Members must renew their plan before expiry to maintain access.
Personal training is only allowed with authorized trainers.
Be punctual and maintain discipline during workouts.
